Management Advantage was founded in 1992 by Ruth Staples.

A former Director of Nursing and aged care CEO, Ruth’s valuable skills formed a solid foundation for the company in South Australia.

After transferring the base of operations to Melbourne, former Federal Minister for Aged Care, Peter Staples (1988-93), joined the company in 1996.

Peter’s extensive knowledge of the sector has enabled the company to grow and expand its products and services to clients throughout Australia.

Management Advantage have a team of in-house clinical consultants and software developers, and remain actively involved in the aged care industry. For nearly ten years, Management Advantage
have been involved in managing a 120-bed home, this is how we continue to ensure both our consulting and aged care software solutions meet the changing needs of the aged care industry .
