Management Advantage was established in 1992. Its head office is located in Melbourne.
Founded in South Australia by Ruth Staples, a former Director of Nursing and aged care CEO, the organisation quickly grew from humble beginnings.
Operations were moved to Melbourne in 1996. Around this time, former Federal Minister for Aged Care Peter Staples (1988–93) joined the company.
Management Advantage initially offered just a consulting service. However, through working closely with our clients we rapidly identified the industry’s need for software to help manage clients’ subsidies.
So Manad Plus was born.
Today, it remains one of the industry’s leading clinical and management software programs.
Over the years, Management Advantage has become recognised as a leader in its field, winning multiple awards for product development and supporting the aged care industry.
