| Vocational training courses conducted by Management Advantage, which are within our registered scope of training are nationally accredited. These include: Certificate III in Aged Care Work, Certificate III in Home and Community Care and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Competencies included in courses are designed to provide not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experiences to complement “hands on” knowledge gained in the workplace. |
